Travel Goods

Items that will help you have a smooth trip to Japan, or for the most part anywhere. These items will help you get to Japan, enjoy your trip in Japan, and feel you got the most out of your trip after your return.

ANKER Power Bank

Great for powering phones, Nintendo switch, Ipad, whatever you'd like. When traveling you can hook up multiple phones while walking, and this thing packs a LOAD of power, it can easily fully charge 3 phones and still have extra energy for a fourth one. Not to mention after your trip it's a handy tool to have considering how much power it's packing, Did I mention my wife and I love this thing?

Lugguage Belts

These things makes finding your lugguage in the airport super fast and easy. A bright color makes them stand out like a charm, and you can even use them to squeeze your lugguage if you're having a hard time zipping it up, that is... assuming you've got compressable items in your bag. :) These are the exact ones I use. You don't need to use 2 on each piece of lugguage, my wife and I split one pack to cover four different suit cases.

Lugguage Scale

This nifty little hand scale weighs close to nothing and can help you assess the weight of your bags quickly and easily. We brought one on our trip and were able to check our bag weights before going to the airport on our way back. We found out one bag was too heavy and were able to redistribute our items easily before having issue in the airport. Pretty nifty, just make sure to pack it in your carryon, or remove the lithium battery before putting in checked lugguage.

Audible Free Trial

Ok, hear me out. Audible offers a free Premium trial membership where you get access to loads of audio books through their app's catalog, and with my link you can also get 2 free audiobooks credits to pick from their paid catalog. So if you're stuck on a plane for, Idk, 15 hours? You can easily make the most of both of those free credits before the trail ends. In the end it just provides a LOAD of potential books to listen too over your flight. If you don't like it after your flight, you can unsubscribe.

Japanese From Zero Textbook

Depending on how interested you are in Japan, you may want to learn a little Japanese before you go. This is a textbook that literally starts from zero and helps you begin using Japanese. I think the information shared is easy for beginners and ha the potential for advanced use as well. Also he has an entire free video series that goes along with the book as well on Youtube. Check it out before you pick up the book if you're interested!

Universal Travel Adapter

When your living in Japan, you'll need to charge things. Sure you'll buy more Japanese products with the correct plugs, but for those things you bring with you this is a major help. Also I like this one because it has a lot of extra spaces to plug in other items.
